Faculty Development Programme on Finite Element Analysis

Resource Person:Dr.P.Ravinder Reddy(Professor & Head, CBIT, Hyderabad)

The Two-day Faculty Development Programme on Finite Element Analysis was proposed initially for conducting on 20th and 21st February 2015. Permission for conducting the programme was sought from the Principal, Dr.S. Sudhakara Reddy garu and funds from TEQIP were also sanctioned in consultation with Dr.R.S Reddy garu, the Coordinator, TEQIP. Dr.P. Ravinder Reddy, Professor & Head, Dept of Mech. Engg. At CBIT, Hyderabad, one of the best experts available in the city had given consent to deliver the course on both the days. For unavoidable reasons, it was postponed and subsequently conducted on 11th and 12th March 2015.

Totally 62 delegates have registered for the FDP. Among them, 19 were the faculty from various Engineering Colleges. Apartment from this, faculty from Mechanical, Civil Engg and Mathematics were deputed on the instructions of the Principal, Dr. Sudhakara Reddy garu, to attend the programme in full.
