Training Programs - Post Assessment

The Placement Committee conducts a systematic briefing system for the Final Year students where they are kept informed of the status of employer participation, likely roles and salaries. Equipping Students with necessary skill sets & preparing for placements. The placement cell proactively studies industry requirements and analyses the capability of the students. Lectures are encouraged and interaction with eminent industrialists gives students a comprehensive picture about emerging industry trends.

Keeping in view of the growing importance of Soft Skills in present day competitive world, the department is imparting Soft Skills to the student’s right from I Year onwards. Along with regular subjects, a separate session is allotted to each branch for training

Continuous pre-placement training from pre-final year onwards by our internal trainers & expert trainers from External training. agencies like FACE, COIGN, TIME and….

    Training is imparted to students’ right from first semester and the details are given below

  • 1st & 2nd semester: Basic orientation to industry, soft skills with major focus on English, Speaking Skills.
  • 2nd & 3rd semester: Aptitude Skills – Level 1 & 2
  • 4th & 5th semester: Technical Skills
  • 6th & 7th semester: Interview / GD Skills, Corporate Etiquettes

In the months preceding the commencement of the placements season, the final year students are exposed to various opportunities to test themselves. Qualitative requirements other than academics pertaining to interview and selection procedure are honed by conducting mock interview, written tests. Self assessment by the students is also a part of this exercise.
