Swachh pakhwada campaign

We at NSS believe that ‘Cleanliness is next Godliness’ and with that motto, we constantly try to achieve the goal by creating awareness among the people. The event is organised by Program Officer Mr Balanji Reddy and 1000 NSS volunteers participated in the event from Aug1st to Aug15th. As a part of the event, a rally was organized by our NSS volunteers along with the program officer. As a part of the event, a sanitation program was conducted in the nearby government school

International yoga day

International yoga day was celebrated by MREC with the available faculty members at campus and asked the others to do the same at home due to covid-19. International Yoga Day was proposed by current Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi.It is celebrated on 21st June every year in our college. Yoga gives strength and mental stability and makes body and mind fit and strong enough to fit from different difficulties in life. This event was to create awareness and bring the habit of yoga in our day to day life. In this programme the chief guest our chairman Mr Malla Reddy. In this 150 NSS volunteer and our college faculty members were taken part. This event was organised under programme officer Mr. Balanji Reddy and Principal Dr. A. Ramaswamy Reddy.

Haritha Haaram

Plantation of saplings was done in MREC as a part of Telanganaku Haritha Haaram. The Haritha Haram was observed on the 3rd July. As a part of the movement, NSS volunteers created awareness for importance of greenery in the campus and plants were planted in and around the campus. The event was Co-Ordinated by Principal Dr. A Ramaswamy Reddy and Programme Officer Mr. Balanji Reddy. The aim was inculcate the planting of trees in their surrounding environment among students. As a part of special drive, the 20 NSS volunteers have planted plants.

Clay Ganesha- Bucket immersion campaign

Clay Ganesha- Bucket immersion campaign was organised by Mr.Balanji Reddy sir to spread the awareness among students for using Clay Ganesh and proper immersion of the idol in a eco-friendly way. Before the Auspicious day of ganesh chaturthi N.S.S team have distributed clay ganesh idols to the students and were asked to do bucket immersion after the festival. Around 150 students along with teachers have participated in the event and made it a grand sucess.

Teachers day celebration

Teachers' day - Birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. On the day Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was given floral tributes by our respected teachers. It was organised by the N.S.S unit officer Mr. Balanji Reddy sir with the help of N.S.S unit . Around 30 N.S.S volunteers have acompanied in the event.

NSS Day celebrations

First NSS was launched on 24th September 1969 in the birth centenary year of Father of nation Mahatma Gandhi. The NSS unit of MREC celebrated the event September 22nd to 24th, 2020. The event was hosted by Mr Balanji Reddy and Principal Dr. A Ramaswamy Reddy was invited as the guest of Honour 40 NSS volunteers have actively participated in various cultural events conducted in NSS unit.

Rashtriya Ektha Diwas

It was vision of Sardar Valla Bhai Patel to unite different states of India as one nation when people were divided by differences in status, caste, religion together as united. And every year on the birthday of Sir Sardar Valla Bhai Patel i.e. on 31st October is celebrated as National unity Day. Tribute and respects to the portrait of Sardar Valla Bhai Patel were given on the occasion and Event organiser Mr Balanji Reddy reminded the students about his valour in uniting India, what we call India as one nation.

Nethaji Subash Chandra Bose Jayanthi

Our N.S.S unit has organised the Nethaji Subash Chandra Bose Jayanthi in our college. Our director sir Mr. Ramaswamy has given floral tributes to the photo of Nethaji Subash Chandra Bose . Our mechanical H.O.D has given briefing about Nethaji Subash Chandra Bose Jayanthi. Around 50 N.S.S volunteers have joined the event and many of them actively participated in the Essay writing and Elocution.

72nd Republic Day

On 26 January, 1950, India adopted its Constitution and celebrates the transition of India from a British Dominion to a republic. Our Balanji sir has coordinated on the republic day and made it a huge success.Our director sir Ramaswamy has hoisted the flag . Around 50 N.S.S volunteers and teachers have participated in the event.

Road Safety Awareness

Road safety campaigns are an important way to spread awareness among people about road safety measures and rules. Our special guest was A.C.P RAMA LINGA RAJU and Director RAMASWAMY sir. Sir has explained valuable safety precautions like Reduce speed, Wear a seatbelt, Use child safety seats, Wear a helmet, Driverless cars. Around 100 N.S.S volunteers have participated in the campaing.

Graduation day celebration

But graduation is more than just throwing a cap in the air, or dressing up, or getting an important piece of paper, it's about celebrating achievements, being with the people you shared a part of your life with, being proud of your journey. Graduation Day is organised by our college every year to felicitate the passed out stuents. On that day our N.S.S unit has organised the auditorium for dignitories. Every students families are invited to celebrate their wards achievements.On that day we invited our Special Guest Sri CH MALLA REDDY sir with a march past . On that day after the Graduation Ceremony our N.S.S unit has organised lunch with the help of our Srinivas Rajneesh sir . Many local cuisine's were served to every family present at the Graduation ceremony .Our N.S.S unit has coordinated the event and made it a huge sucess.

NYK giving their valuable speech about INDIA’S 75 Years of Independence. N.S.S Unit Mrec has actively participated in the event and had a meeting at Golconda fort Hyderabad. Students gave speeches regaring NYK giving their valuable speech about INDIA’S 75 Years of Independence.

Yoga activities in college

Yoga is an invaluable gift from our ancient tradition.The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual's mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. In our college sir Rajneesh srinivasa has conduted yoga meets to increse their focus and reduce stress during these covid situation. 50 N.S.S Volunteers have actively participated in the event.

World Water Day 2021

On 22 March every year, people and organizations mark World Water Day by taking action to tackle the water crisis. World Water Day 2021 will focus on the theme, 'Valuing Water'. This focus will extend beyond issues of pricing to include the environmental, social, and cultural value people place on water. Rally was organised by Rajneesh Srinivasa and Director Ramaswamy and around 110 students participated in the rally . Many events were conducted on the ocassion of World Water Day . Students actively participated in events like Elocution,PPT presentations,Essay Writing,Poster presentation.

The librarians’ day was celebrated on 12th of August. It was celebrated on the birth anniversary of Dr. S.R. Ranganathan for his pioneering work in Library science and Information technology. The event was Co-ordinated by Principal Dr. S. Sudhakara Reddy and Programme officer Mr. Balanji Reddy along with Library Professionals, Library staff and other dignitaries of departments from the institute also participated and shared their word with the Library professionals in proliferation of knowledge through Knowledge Center along with 300 students participated in the event

The aim was inculcate the planting of trees in their surrounding environment among students As a part of special drive, the 200 NSS volunteers planted in plants in the village dabilpur in Medchal district in two day event

Fit India Movement

Fit India Movement is observed on 29th August every year. As part of the Fit India Movement, NSS volunteers campaigned with the slogan “Fitness ki Doz Aadha Ghanta Roz” around the campus. The event was Co-ordinated by Principal Dr. S. Sudhakara Reddy Dr. S. Sudhakara Reddy addressed the students how an active physical lifestyle can help in developing good behavioural changes. College level Volley ball and badminton competitions were held as a part of the event. A total of 160 members participated in the event.

Massive Ganesh Immersion

Massive bucket Immersion took place on 4th of September, 2019. As a part of campaign free eco-friendly Ganesh were distributed to students and were asked to prohibit using Ganesh idols that were harmful to environment. In this event 800 students participated.

Summit for Divyangjan

National summit for Divyangjan was 3-day event celebrated from 13 to 15, September. This event was initiated to develop a culture of equality and respectful feeling towards differently-able people among the students. Minister Malla Reddy Garu spoke how the differently-abled people inspire him with sheer self-Esteem and perseverance in the work they do. He emphasized how differently national athletes are bringing fame to the country. A group of 40 NSS members created awareness among the students on the national summit. The event was Co-ordinated was Principal Dr. S. Sudhakara Reddy and Programme Officer Mr. Balanji Reddy

Swachata hi Seva Campaign

The Swachata hi Sewa 2019 theme is 'plastic waste awareness and management'. Swachata Hi Seva', an initiative of the Swachh Bharat Mission, aims to generate greater public participation, reinforce the concept of “sanitation as everyone's business” and culminate Mahatma Gandhi's 150th birth year celebration with a nationwide campaign. The event is Co-ordinated by Principal Dr. S. Sudhakara Reddy and event coordinator Mr. Balanji Reddy The event has taken place on 11th September to 2nd October. The event was successfully completed with the help of 120 volunteers.

NSS Day Golden Jubilee Celebrations

Awareness campaign on Tobacco Free Society and Pledge

Today’s young generation is easily distracted and attracted into unhealthy and bad habits. The event is observed on 5th Oct every year to raise awareness. The aim of the event was to create awareness about the harmful effects about the Tobacco and passive smoking effect on others around them. The Event was hosted under guidance of Programme officers Mr Balanji Reddy and Mr Sanjeev. A total of 145 NSS volunteers participated in the event

World Food Day

Every Day tonnes of food is wasted and put into trash despite the fact that there are many people who are sleeping empty stomachs and getting one meal a day is still a challenge for them. As a part of the event, food was distributed among the poor people for one day and there was an awareness campaign lead by program Officers Mr Balanji Reddy and Mr Sanjeev and 57 NSS volunteers participated in the event. As a part of the campaign they have been raising awareness and promoting less wastage food among the students. The event happens every year on 16th October

Free Health Check-up Camp

“Health is wealth” said wise. Maintaining a proper and healthy lifestyle is very important in one’s life. The camp took place on 9th November. The objective of the event was to inculcate Preventive Health check-up among the members of the institute. With the Co-ordination of Principal Dr Ramaswamy Reddy, a group of medical trainees from Malla Reddy hospital conducted the camp in the institute for one day. A total of 230 volunteers assisted in the event

Celebration of Indian Constitution Day

The first Indian constitution came into existence on November 26th, 1949. It was on this day the Indian constituent assembly of India adopted our constitution. Constitution of India is celebrated to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. To show the significance of the day, mock parliament is conducted in the college as part of the event so that students know the amendments in the Indian Constitution. A total of 160 members participated in the event.

AIDS awareness Day

AIDS is a ruthless disease. To create awareness about AIDS and methods to prevent AIDS from contracting, AIDS day awareness rally was carried out in and around the campus on December 1st. A total of 30 students participated in the event. The Rally was Co-ordinated by Mr Balanji Reddy and Mr Sanjeev and has successfully achieved its objective

National Pollution Control day

To create a sustainable future and finding alternatives for Non-renewable resources of energy, National Pollution is celebrated on 2nd December every year. Rally was carried in and around the campus about the pollution caused by the use of outdated vehicles and those vehicles that don’t comply with the standards of pollution control board of India. The event was coordinated by Mr Balanji Reddy and 54 NSS members took part in the event

Armed Forces Flag Day

The armed forces Flag Day is to honors the martyrs and men who fight in uniform on borders for the safeguard of the country. It is celebrated on 7th December every year NSS strongly believes that even civilians can safeguard the country by protecting and respect of the country may not be at the borders but remain backstage and protect it. On the account of Armed forces Flag Day, the students had a march fast as a tribute to the martyrs and soldiers who are fighting at the borders for the safe guard of the country. In this event 58 NSS volunteers took part

National energy conservation Day

To make use of available resources and understand the importance of renewable energy, every year 14th December is observed as National Conservation Day. Mr Balanji Reddy addressed the students, as the upcoming engineers to innovate in design for better and efficient machinery that are sustainable and conserve less energy of resources. In this event 47 members took part

Kill cancer awareness program

Cancer has no mercy, it can attack anyone and at stage of life. To create awareness about the available treatments for the cancer and causes, there was awareness programme for educating students on cancer issues. This campaign took place on 18th December. With the coordination of Principal Dr. Ramaswamy Reddy, Malla health hospital created awareness programme in the campus. A total of 68 volunteers assisted in the campaign

National Youth Day

This event is being celebrated on 12th January every year. It’s the birth anniversary of swami Vivekananda. A group of 120 NSS volunteers conducted National Youth Day along with college faculty and other dignitaries coordinated by Principal Dr. S. Sudhakara Reddy and program officer Mr Balanji Reddy

Do Good – Be Good Campaign

The aim of the campaign is to bring out the ethical and civic responsibilities as a human to other human beings 23rd January is celebrated for doing good and being good. As a part of the campaign a member of 60 NSS volunteers actively participated in the event. The event was coordinated by Principal and Director Dr Ramaswamy Reddy and Program officer Mr Balanji Reddy along with the college faculty and dignitaries.

BetiBachaoBetiPadhao Programme

To create awareness and improve efficiency of welfare services intended for girls in India. TRP-TL has conducted a seminar on BetiBachaoBetiPadhao and spoke about the importance of educating a girl in this generation. As a part of the event 140 NSS volunteers took part. The programme was coordinated by Mr Balanji Reddy. The campaign was conducted on 24th January

National Voter's Day

In order to encourage more young voters to take part in the political events. 26th January is celebrated as National Voters day. As the members of NSS, there was awareness campaign in which the NSS volunteers helped other students to create voter ID. The event was coordinated by Mr Balanji Reddy and Principal Dr Ramaswamy Reddy along with other dignitaries of the departments. A total of 145 students participated in the event.

National Cleanliness Day

Cleanliness is next to Godliness. It is an essential element for a healthy society. It impacts on everyone’s life. The NSS team members cleaned the surroundings of the college and arranged dustbins everywhere in the premises in the college. The event was organized by Mr Balanji Reddy and Principal Dr. Ramaswamy Reddy along with the other dignitaries of the college. The event was conducted on 30th January. A total of 54 NSS members participated in the event.

Say NO TO PLASTIC

Plastic has become a major concern for disposal nowadays. To create awareness about the plastic, every year 20th February. AS a part of the event the students were given awareness on the uses of the plastic and use recyclable plastic for usage, jute bags were distributed to students and were encouraged to usage jute bags for carrying purposes. The event was organized by Program Officer Mr Balanji Reddy. A group of 70 NSS volunteers took part.

National science Day

The day is celebrated every year on 28th of February to commemorate the discovery of the 'Raman Effect'' for which C.V. RAMAN was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1930.The theme of the year 2020 is "Women in Science. “In our college, N.S.S Unit 56 volunteers actively participated under the coordination of Mr Balanji Reddy sir. Floral tributes were given by our Director Dr Ramaswamy. A total of 56 NSS members took part in the event.

Awareness of the Social entrepreneurship

The event was organized by Balanji Reddy sir through LHH (literally helping hands) organisation. In event the main guest was entrepreneur Mr AKSHAY he explained about the basics of innovation to every N.S.S volunteer. He explained his driving force for Innovation is the small problems which arise in day to day life. Total of 142 N.S.S volunteers happily participated in Q&A and also in JAM sessions. Blood Donation Camp

The blood donation camp was organised by Indian Red Cross Society. N.S.S volunteers actively participated in the camp and made it a huge success. Around 460 volunteers came forward to donate their blood and were coordinated by Mr Balanji Reddy, the event took place on March

One day workshop POCSO act and child sexual Abuse

This workshop was organized by Diksha foundation for giving awareness about the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Events were organized to bring awareness among the gender regarding the sensitive issues faced by children. Various acts, offences and section in the penal code were explained to every volunteer through skits and plays. This event was coordinated by Mr Balanji. Around 500 students participated in various activities. The event took part on 7th March

World Women's Day

International Women's Day on March 8th each year celebrates the social, economic, and political achievements of women around the world. The theme for International Women's Day (8 March) 2020 is, I am Generating Equality. Various events were organized by the college N.S.S unit on the occasion of women’s days around 54 students participated. Major highlights were poster presentation, poem writing and Elocution

World Health Day

World Health Day is celebrated on April 7 every year, the theme for world health day 2020 is to support nurses and midwives. It was a virtual meet coordinated by Balanji Reddy Sir to give awareness among students and volunteers to take necessary precautions regarding Covid. The theme for 2020 was 'Rebooting the Economy through Science, Technology and Research Translations' titled 'RESTART'. This event was conducted on 11th June 2017between Haryana and Telangana at our college. In which our chairmen Mr Malla Reddy had also taken part and received awards. The meet was organized by the NSS team and Mr balanji reddy, from which 120 volunteers of our college had also taken part and made the event successful. during the event, students performed different cultural activities.

As a part of the movement, NSS volunteers created awareness for the importance of greenery on the campus and plants were planted in and around the campus. The event was Co-Ordinated by Principal Dr S. Sudhakara Reddy and Programme Officer Mr Balanji Reddy. The aim was to inculcate the planting of trees in their surrounding environment among students. As a part of a special drive, the 100 NSS volunteers planted the plants in the village Jabalpur in Medchal district in a two-day event. The event became a huge success because our college chairman Mr Malla reddy has also participated.

Anti drug awareness campaign

today's young generation is easily distracted and attracted to unhealthy and bad habits. The event is observed on 5th Aug every year to raise awareness. The aim of the event was to create awareness about the harmful effects of drugs and ragging. The event was hosted under the guidance of Programme officers Mr Balanji Reddy and Mr Sanjeev. A total of 900 NSS volunteers participated in the event.

Clay Ganesha- Bucket immersion campaign

students and lecturers celebrated the Vinayaka Chaturthi festival by bringing the naturally made idols (plaster of pairs free) to the puja mandir and worshipped the god for the blessings around 1400 students participated in the event and made awareness about our tradition and culture. During the event, students were found to be wearing traditional dresses and enjoying the event. The event has successfully completed with the encouragement of our principal Mr Sudhakar reddy and with coordination by Mr balanji reddy.

Quit India day celebrations and new India pledge

The country commemorates the 75th anniversary of the Quit India Movement on Wednesday. Parliament will have a special session from 11 am onwards. The government has been asking citizens to pledge themselves for a "cause" and think about how India should be in 2022. students created awareness about the event and pledged themselves for a cause with 160 students involvement the event has completed under the coordination of Mr balanji reddy.

Teachers day celebration

Teachers' Day in India play an important role in our lives to become successful in career and business. They help us to become good human being, a better member of society, and an ideal citizen of the country. Teacher's Day is celebrated to acknowledge the challenges, hardships, and special role that teachers play in our lives. celebrated to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan with the help of 250 volunteers the event has successfully completed under the coordination of Mr Balanji reddy.

Bathukamma celebrations

Mrec college principal Mr Sudhakar Reddy conducted a 4-day bathukamma celebration and invited the college chairman Mr Malla reddy&Ms Kalpana reddy for the celebrations with the participation of 800 volunteers the event has successfully completed from 23-27th Sep. During the event, students created awareness about Indian tradition and cultural importance.

World Food day

Every Day tonnes of food is wasted and put into the trash despite the fact that there are many people who are sleeping on empty stomachs and getting one meal a day is still a challenge for them. As a part of the event, food was distributed among the poor people for one day and there was an awareness campaign lead by program Officers Mr Balanji Reddy and Mr Sanjeev and 700 NSS volunteers participated in the event. As a part of the campaign, they have been raising awareness and promoting less wastage food among the students. The event happens every year on 16th October

Rashtreya ektha diwas

It was the vision of Sardar Valla Bhai Patel to unite different states of India as one nation when people were divided by differences in status, caste, religion together as united. And every year on the birthday of Sir Sardar Valla Bhai Patel i.e. on 31st October is celebrated as National unity Day Tribute and respects to the portrait of Sardar Valla Bhai Patel were given on the occasion and Event organiser Mr Balanji Reddy reminded the students about his valour in uniting India, what we call India as one nation

Rural immersion campaign

NSS team has taken a 2-day adoption program during the event volunteers campaigned bhadurpally village and interacted with the people and found their problems and made solutions for their problems under the guidance of Mr.balanji reddy. The event has taken place on Dec 11th 2017.

National Pollution Control Day

To create a sustainable future and finding alternatives for Non-renewable resources of energy, National Pollution is celebrated on 2nd December every year. Rally was carried in and around the campus about the pollution caused by the use of outdated vehicles and those vehicles that don’t comply with the standards of the pollution control board of India. The event was coordinated by Mr Balanji Reddyand 500 NSS members took part in the event

Flag day

The Armed Forces Flag Day or the Flag Day of India is a day dedicated towards the collection of funds from the people of India for the welfare of the Indian Armed Forces personnel. It has been observed annually in India on December 7 since 1949. The event has successfully completed with the help of 200 NSS volunteers under the coordination of Mr.balanji reddy.

National energy conservation day

To make use of available resources and understand the importance of renewable energy, every year 14th December is observed as National Conservation Day. Mr Balanji Reddy addressed the students, as the upcoming engineers to innovate in design for better and efficient machinery that are sustainable and conserve less energy of resources. In this event 600 members took part.

National Cleanliness Day

Cleanliness is next to Godliness. It is an essential element for a healthy society. It impacts everyone’s life. The NSS team members cleaned the surroundings of the college and arranged dustbins everywhere on the premises in the college. The event was organised by Mr Balanji Reddy and Principal Dr Sudhakar Reddy along with the other dignitaries of the college. The event was conducted on 30th January. A total of 240 NSS members participated in the event.

National youth day celebrations

This event is being celebrated on 12th January every year. It’s the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. A group of 200 NSS volunteers conducted National Youth Day along with college faculty and other dignitaries coordinated by Principal Dr S. Sudhakara Reddy and program officer Mr Balanji Reddy.

National Science Day

The day is celebrated every year on the 28th of February to commemorate the discovery of the 'Raman Effect'' for which C.V. RAMAN was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1930. National Science Day 2018(28 February) - The theme of the year 2018 is "Science and Technology for a sustainable future. “In our college, N.S.S Unit 400 volunteers actively participated under the coordination of Mr Balanji Reddysir. Floral tributes were given by our Director Dr Sudhakar reddy. A total of 56 NSS members took part in the event.

World women day

International Women's Day on March 8th each year celebrates the social, economic, and political achievements of women around the world. International Women's Day 2018 theme is "Time is Now: Rural and urban activists transforming women's lives". World health day

World Health Day is celebrated on April 7 every year, The theme of World Health Day is Universal health coverage: everyone, everywhere. The slogan is “Health for All”. is to support nurses and midwives. It was coordinated by Balanji Reddy Sir to give awareness among students and volunteers to take necessary precautions regarding Covid. Around 400 NSS Volunteers have participated in the meeting. National Technology Day is celebrated on may 11th every year to commemorate the achievements of scientists, researchers, engineers and all others involved in the field of science and technology. The theme for 2018 was “Science and Technology for a Sustainable Future”, Technology and Research Translations' titled 'RESTART'. Around 390 students participated on the day and were coordinated by Mr Balanji Reddy Sir.

The youths were engaged with community activities while providing a space to promote volunteerism. The youths contributed and supported the global understanding of sustainable development. During the event, students discussed and gained knowledge about their countries tradition, culture and politics. Anti ragging awareness campaign

To prevent ragging in the campus of the institution the anti-ragging awareness committee is constituted chaired by the Principal and teaching staff as its members.When the fresh students join the Institution, the awareness meeting is conducted by the Police officials to all fresher students and senior students to understand the consequences of ragging and need of its prevention.The helpline numbers are displayed in the Institution to inform about any ragging complaint.

Bathukamma celebrations

Bathukamma is a colourful floral festival of Telangana and is celebrated by womenfolk with exotic flowers of the region. The festival has over the years became a symbol of Telangana culture and identity. Bathukamma comes during the latter half of monsoon, before the onset of winter. this festival is celebrated in our college teachers and students had participated in this event and made the program success.

International students day (Birth anniversary of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam)

As we all know that Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam was the 11th President of India (2002-2007). Being a politician, he was a scientist and a teacher. He played a crucial role in the Pokhran-II nuclear tests in 1998 and so, he earned the title 'Missile Man of India'. On 27 July 2015, he suffered a cardiac arrest while delivering a lecture to the students of IIM Shillong. Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam's role in teaching and his dedication can't be explained in words. He always identified himself as a teacher.In this event 140 NSS volunteers have participated. This event was organised by the programme officer Mr. Balanji Reddy and Principal Dr. S.Sudhakara Reddy.

Worldwide, 2.2 billion people still lack access to safe drinking water.Three billion people do not have access to handwashing facilities with soap.. The armed forces Flag Day is to honour the martyrs and men who fight in uniform on borders for the safeguard of the country. It is celebrated on 7th December every year NSS strongly believes that even civilians can safeguard the country by protecting and respect of the country may not be at the borders but remain backstage and protect it. On the account of Armed forces Flag Day, the students had a march fast as a tribute to the martyrs and soldiers who are fighting at the borders for the safe guard of the country. In this event 58 NSS volunteers took part.

On this day its the birthday of sarvepalli radhakrishna and it is celebrated as teachers day. A group of 120 NSS volunteers conducted teachers day along with college faculty and other dignitaries coordinated by Principal Dr. S. Sudhakara Reddy and program officer Mr Balanji Reddy.

Library Day

The librarians’ day was celebrated on 12th of August. It was celebrated on the birth anniversary of Dr. S.R. Ranganathan for his pioneering work in Library science and Information technology. The event was Co-ordinated by Principal Dr. S. Sudhakara Reddy and Programme officer Mr. Balanji Reddy along with Library Professionals, Library staff and other dignitaries of departments from the institute also participated and shared their word with the Library professionals in proliferation of knowledge through Knowledge Center along with 300 students participated in the event.

WORLD SCIENCE DAY

Remembering great scientist Dr.APJ ABDUL KALAM and to make students understand about the new and evolving scientific topics and to bring out new scientific innovations , National Science Day has been conducted in the college. 520 students participated in the event and have exhibited a few 3D replicas of scientific and engineering models.

WORLD WOMEN'S DAY

Remembering the efforts and hardships faced by the Women in the society and to show Gratitude to their work , World Women’s Day has been conducted in the Campus. Women’s from all sections and departments of the College took part in the event. The management has conducted various programmes like Musical Chairs , Anthakshari, Carroms, etc.. in the Campus.

WORLD HEALTH DAY

To make students and steps they have to follow to maintain Good, Hygiene and Healthy body, World Health Day has been conducted in the college. Program officer Mr.Balanji Reddy and principal Dr.Sudhakara Reddy took lead and organised the event. As a whole 1030 students took part in the Yoga program conducted on this day in the college Auditorium.

To make students understand about the new and evolving scientific topics from the young age, celebrations have been conducted in the nearby Government High School remembering Science Day making 3D models , chart preparations, etc…Around 1200 students participated in the event and made the event success.

TECHNOLOGY DAY

To make students know the importance of Technology and to bring out new inventions related to technology , National Technology Day has been organised in the campus, A seminar is conducted on the occasion and a sum of 270 volunteers participated in the event. Program officer Mr.Balanji Reddy and principal Dr.Sudhakara Reddy garu took the lead to the event. Faculty of CSE department participated in the event along with other faculty and staff.
